研究方向	We are focusing on the fabrication and characterization of the following devices: 1. Solid state lighting 2. ZnO based thin film transistors 3. Nanorods, nanorod light emitting devices, nanorod electronics 4. Solar cells. Recently, we are also collaborating with a group in NTU School of Medicine to develop novel nanoscale light sources for cancer therapy.
