| 實驗室簡介 |
We are focusing on the fabrication and characterization of the following devices : 1. Solid state lighting : light emitting diodes, light emitting nanocrystals 2. ZnO based thin film transistors 3. Nanorods, nanorod light emitting devices, nanorod electronics 4. ZnO based light emtting diodes and photodetectors. Recently, we are also collaborating with groups in USA to develop novel optoelectronic and electronic devices.
